The Gyrfaol Initiative is an investment in local talent; it supports businesses and organizations to develop the workforce by offering valuable work opportunities and experiences to young people under 35.
Individuals will also have the opportunity to enjoy various activities such as part of the initiative, such as skills development workshops and social activities.
In addition, practical support will be offered to the businesses to support them to understand the expectations of young people in the workplace and bridge vital skills gaps.
