This project will be analysing the use of the Welsh language in workplaces and by the workforce in ARFOR to investigate the use of the Welsh language in different types of workplaces in the four counties, focusing on the use of the workforce, in order to obtain a better analysis of the current situation and the factors that affect practices at the moment.

The results of the project will strengthen the evidence base and improve the understanding available in order to be able to target effective and purposeful policy interventions with the aim of maintaining and increasing the use of the Welsh language amongst the workforce and in workplaces in areas where the percentage of speakers are higher.
