Challenges of Recruiting Bilingual Staff

The project will include developing and publishing 2 innovative work packages to tackle the challenge of recruiting bilingual staff, by creating:

• Bilingual Staff Recruitment Toolkit
• Migration Typology Framework

The 2 projects will include research that develops our understanding of the challenges organisations face when recruiting bilingual staff, as well as developing our understanding of what drives the migration decisions of young adults (18-35) in the ARFOR area.
