ARFer – Bangor University

ARFer aims to support individuals and groups to use more Welsh at work. The methodology is based on the science of changing behavior asking individuals and teams to commit to using Welsh as a default language in specific contexts.

The support of the ARFOR Challenge Fund will finance the development of the ARFer methodology in the form of an App. Securing a suitable platform for ARFer will allow the maximum possible reach for a methodology to support language use which has been proven to be very effective.
